To prepare for American Hydrotech, Inc.’s transition into the Sika US organization, the business will be transferred into a new legal entity known as Sika MBCC US LLC. This will require some administrative changes from our customers. We kindly ask that you take all necessary actions as soon as possible.

Please take a look at the information types below that need to change to ensure the successful creation of purchase orders following our transition to the new legal entity.

• Tax-Exemption Certificate
• Product Name Changes
